Jesus said Come to Me all who are thirsty. If you are in darkness I am the Light of the world. Come. Come. Come!

See me!: Sunrise calling
StandardLight is beautiful wherever you find it.
Peeking through trees and laceing green leaves.
Or kissing petals at morning’s first light.
The dew on petals the dew on grass shine like diamonds and are gone so fast.
Then in places unexpected the light brings shine and reflects the beauty of sky and pine.
Even passers by seem halo adorned in white with morning glow. Do they see it on me?
Now on the fence
Or down beneath the kiss of light is just as sweet.
Now through the fence
Or through the bough
Close to the bark
Or in a row
It all sings glory
And softly invites
See me. See me. See me!
Good morning!
Follow the light and find the blessing
StandardI came early to work to complete my hands on portion of the Basic Life Support certification. As I got out of my car the sunrise was painting a golden glow around the silouette of the hospital.
Approaching the classroom I was dazzled by the reflected light streaming through the window at the end of the hall and I heard it the light saying the best is yet to come. So I went to see more.
It was true.
May you hear the call to see more today and find God there waiting to bless you!

StandardGlory in the garage: finding the light in the strangest places
StandardWalking out to the parking garage after work I almost had my breath taken away by the beauty of the setting sun flooding the space. There was no hiding from the sun and everything cold and familiar was transformed into jaw dropping, breathtaking beauty. Come, see if you don’t agree then marvel and ponder: what changed the mundane into a miracle?
Then you will call upon Me and I will listen to you and you will seek Me and find Me when you look for Me with all your heart.

StandardWhat is it about the light?
StandardI have been fascinated with light and shadows for as long as I can remember.
I often well up with tears at the beauty of light shining on surfaces or transforming objects by shining through from one side to the other.
This collection of photos were taken from my Droid cell phone after my 2 mile run through
the neighborhood. The first pic is actually a smoke plume from a large fire in the Angeles National Forest raging in the distance. Its been a very hot and windy past 2 weeks here in Southern California.
Following the light
StandardMy eyes were arrested by the beauty of the light shining through the arbor on my way to the parking garage after work. Again, at home I was taken aback by what looked like lights left on upstairs. As I walked into the room I discovered it was the sun shining through the window on our pendulum light then onto the wall behind then from the wall behind the pendulum to the opposite wall. Awesome!!!
