We’re embracing a whole different reality than just getting our problems solved, which is cute, but it’s not the main idea with God. Getting your situation resolved is a by-product, it’s not the big deal. The big deal is using that situation to make you a little more like Jesus, to get you to see who you are and what’s available for you.
