We choose our negatives as much as we choose our positives.

Standard

If you find it easy to give way to negative emotions, like anger or frustration, it tells us everything about what you’re not. Truth is, nobody makes you angry. You chose it. You could have been kind. You could have been merciful. You could have been loving. You could have been understanding and generous but no, you chose anger. No one makes you angry. You choose to become angry! Most of the fruit of the Spirit only grows in bad soil. We choose our negatives as much as we choose our positives.
