It’s your own personal job to stay encouraged

Standard

It’s your own personal job to stay encouraged, not to live in a way that other people have to encourage you. The best way to stay encouraged is to become an encourager because then you can reap what you sow. Look around constantly for people to encourage. It doesn’t matter whether they’re a Christian or a pre-Christian; no one is safe from some encouragement or blessing! If you want to live in a river of encouragement, you need to be a fountain of it to somebody. If you’re a fountain of encouragement, then water is gathering all around your feet and you’re walking in encouragement and will be encouraged!

  1. As you shared Jan encouragement is needed, God tells us to encourage each other, to lift each other up to consider others not just ourselves and we do so not to get a pay back but because we Love them.

1 Thessalonians 5:11 Therefore encourage one another and build up one another just as you also are doing.

Hebrews 3:13 But encourage one another day after day as long as it is still called “Today,” so that none of you will be hardened by the deceitfulness of Sin.

Philippians 2:1-6 If there be therefore any consolation in Christ if any comfort of Love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, Fulfill ye my joy, that ye be like-minded having the same Love, being of one accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. Look not every Man on his own things but every Man also on the things of others.Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.

Hebrews 10 24-25 And let us consider one another in order to stir up Love and good works not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together as is the manner of some but exhorting one another and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.

Romans 12:9 Love must be Sincere. Hate what is evil cling to what is good.

    Christian Love Always – Anne.
