Graham Cooke: God isn’t looking at people and seeing stuff that is wrong. He is seeing something missing from their experience.

Standard

God isn’t looking at people and seeing stuff that is wrong. He is seeing something missing from their experience. So pastorally and prophetically, that is what we are looking for in people. When you listen to people, it’s like, “I get it! I know what you are missing in your relationship with God, so let’s talk about that because that is identity. I get it! You see, if you had a relationship with Jesus like this, you wouldn’t think like that!”
