God’s love is not a pampering love

  1. As we know Jan God does not do evil to bring good out of it, to even say this about Believers is Slander. He does not afflict us to Perfect us in Love, which means we are than Born Again of His seed but yes He gives us opportunities to choose to walk in The Spirit with His empowering, which puts our Carnal flesh to death that causes us to Sin.

Lamentations 3: 33 For God doth not afflict willingly nor grieve the Children of Men.

1 John 3:9 No one who is Born of God will continue to Sin because God’s seed remains in him he cannot go on Sinning, because he has been Born of God.

    • Isaiah 53:10 ►

      Verse (Click for Chapter)

      New International Version
Yet it was the LORD’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the LORD makes his life an offering for sin, he will see his offspring and prolong his days, and the will of the LORD will prosper in his hand.

      Hebrews 5:8-9New International Version (NIV)

8 Son though he was, he learned obedience from what he suffered 9 and, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him

There is no assumption in this posting that our trials are evil. James said we are to consider each trial as an opportunity to become stronger in patience and perseverance. What Satan means for evil becomes our opportunity to display God’s glory. God doesn’t not shield us from pain. He was tested, however in all points as we are and came through without sin because He always walked in the Spirit, He always only did what He saw the Father doing. This is the point: We are called to victory but there cannot have victory without a battle and an enemy to engage. In the Old Testament God said He brought the enemy to Israel so they could learn to fight. He used Babylon to bring His treasured people out of Israel for 70 years while he gave the land rest and judged the unfaithfulness of Israel. Babylon was the hammer in God’s hand but after He was done using them God judged them for their evil idolatry and treachery.

  2. Psalm 145:8-10 The LORD is Gracious, and full of Compassion, slow to anger and of great Mercy. The LORD is good to all and His Tender Mercies are over all His works. All Thy works shall Praise Thee, O LORD and thy Saints shall bless Thee. KJV

God does not put us to hard testing Jan as He confirms in Scripture (Lamentations 3: 33 ) and He does not contradict Himself, we need to read Scripture with His understanding having asked for His Wisdom and Empowering by The Spirit. The Battle is His not ours. He does not tempt us to do evil to Perfect us, as confirmed below. We will suffer for following Jesus as He told us we would but He gives us the Strength to endure so we will walk in Victory and our rewards will be great. Isaiah 43:1-3

James 1:12-14 Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that Love Him. Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.

We reap the evil we sow Jan, (Jeremiah 31:30) this is God’s discipline but He does not crush our spirit to mold and shape us. You and I caused Jesus to suffer, He was conceived by The Holy Spirit and could not Sin, it was our Sin that put Him on the Cross, God our Heavenly Father because He Loved us so much did not stop the evil Jesus endured for us but it grieved Him greatly, as it does when He sees us suffer. Jesus obeyed His Father and so He willingly suffered for us so we would not Perish meaning to be Eternally separated from God in torment.

Sin brings it’s own punishment just as doing good brings Joy and Peace. Yes it was God who put these in place from Creation with Him knowing about the Fall and our need for Redemption , this was so we would not continue to Sin but instead seek Righteousness, we see this very clearly with the Prodigal Son but Wow what a welcome Home when He Repented and came to His senses!

I no longer use the NIV Jan, it has Scripture deleted in it and words added and it has been changed from their original Translation which they said was given to them by The Holy Spirit but He does not change like shifting shadows, it also used Spanish Translations not the original Greek like the K.J.V and other Translations did.
